Best Nest Property Management uses cloud-based technology and software providers.

ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You may request access to personal information we hold about you.
You may also request correction of any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
Requests should be made in writing to our Privacy Officer.
We may require verification of identity before releasing information and may charge a reasonable fee
where permitted by law.
PRIVACY COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information, please contact our Privacy
Officer.
We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to respond within 30 days.
