This lovely rural retreat is situated on a quiet no through road, on a natural bushland block of approx 9 acres, with triple carport & garden shed for storage. The home is surrounded by flowering natives, towering gums, ample wildlife and boasts stunning views from the rear deck of the property over the National Park below.
Built in mountain cabin style, the property has a permanent holiday feel, with its timber slab walls, cathedral ceilings, french deck doors and rustic charm. The home also keeps temperate year round with split system reverse cycle ac, ceiling fans, and cosy slow combustion fireplace.
The living space of the home is open plan to the entry and kitchen, and features exposed beams, highset windows, deck access, and enough room for both lounge and dining. The kitchen is quaint with rustic appeal, and has electric appliances for convenience and a dishwasher cavity for you to install your own dishwasher.
Off the left of the living you will find the master bedroom with 2 x built ins and ensuite, overlooking the valley below, and a fifth bedroom or study, plus laundry and linen press.
Off the right of the living are the three other bedrooms- all with built ins and picturesque, bushland views- and the neat master bathroom.
This is a home best suited to a family of 4-5 people who love the natural environment, bushwalks, and properties with rustic charm. It is a tank water and septic property.
Note- For ensuring this is the right fit to your family and safety of little people, we advise that at the back of the home the yard drops off steeply and is unfenced. We also advise that the rear boundary line of the property may not be fully fenced into the national park- though the sides and front are - making it necessary if you have a dog to find a method to secure them to the property.
