This lovely farmhouse is nestled behind private hedging and a remote gate entry to create a rural retreat with cottage style gardens and ingound pool perfect for our upcoming Aussie Summer (pool servicing incl in rent price).
The house yard is an approx 3/4 acre with carport and is pet friendly, with wrap verandah for shade and entertaining, and a rear horse paddock of approx 4 acres with dam where we welcome your four legged friend to enjoy shared grazing in the fully fenced bushland block.
The residence features a large entry hall with mosaic floor, that opens to a vast light filled living space with slow combustion fire and updated French Provincial inspired kitchen. The kitchen is my favourite room in the home with timber benchtops, white cabinetry, dishwasher, electric appliances, breakfast bench and vintage tiled splashbacks!
All three bedrooms boast new ceiling fans, two with built ins, and the bathroom suite is sectioned into separate toilet, bathroom with shower and bath, and powder room with dual heated towel racks.
Note: Though the property has an attached granny flat, it sustains privacy with separate drive, new colourbond fencing and thoughtful hedging making it so it feels like a neighbouring home would. This is a rural home with a farm lifestyle, so chooks etc are ok. There are riding facilities available for hire down the road as many equestrian properties are neighbouring, such as Evans Park.
